Local soldiers to deploy to Gulf

CHAMPAIGN – A Champaign-based National Guard unit will be shipping out to Louisiana to help hurricane victims.

Bravo Company of the 634th Forward Support Battalion is a maintenance company that could support a truck unit sent out from Springfield on Friday.
