It's your business: Culver's plans south Champaign restaurant

Culver's restaurant is taking its ButterBurgers south, and opening a second location in Champaign at 2300 S. Neil St.

The owners, Gary Satterlee and son-in-law Troy Vodacek, hope to have the new place – going up just north of Arby's – opened by December or early January.
