Mahomet man monitoring reconstruction projects

In the two years since the invasion, Iraq's infrastructure has seen not only repair of war damage but new, better technology than was ever available in the Saddam Hussein era, an officer from Mahomet says.

Maj. Samuel Hunter, who normally works at the Army's Construction Engineering Research Laboratory in Champaign, is in Iraq until next August, monitoring construction projects.
