Myers to announce campaign plans

SPRINGFIELD – Former state Sen. Judy Myers of Danville will announce her campaign plans at Champaign County Republican Headquarters on Tuesday morning.

An e-mail from Champaign County Republican Chairman Steve Hartman was sent out Friday afternoon stating that the 8:30 a.m. event was "to announce her candidacy for the 52nd District of the Illinois State Senate."
