UI group helps several families enjoy holiday

CHAMPAIGN – Nearly 90 families will have a traditional, stomach-stuffing Thanksgiving this year, thanks to a turkey drive led by the Black Greek Council of the University of Illinois.

Held at the Douglass Community Center on Friday, families and individuals picked up enough turkey, cranberry sauce, veggies, cornbread and cake mix to feed a family of eight.
