Former local resident latest to launch campaign

SPRINGFIELD – A former Champaign County resident who calls himself "the most notorious graduate" of the University of Illinois College of Law is the latest entry into the crowded Republican gubernatorial primary.

Andy Martin, also known as Anthony R. Martin-Trigona, filed nominating petitions at the State Board of Elections in Springfield on Monday.
