It's your business: Old Hardee's turning into Windy City Express
The old Hardee's restaurant at 1806 W. Bradley Ave., C, is being turned into a new fast-food restaurant called Windy City Express.
It will open during the last week of January, said Nick Nasir, the owner along with Dioniso Garcia, both of Champaign.
