Family of four escape house fire

URBANA – Clint Popetz was wearing his neighbor's shoes as he waited for a fire inspector at his home in Urbana on Friday morning.

Popetz, 32, and his wife, Beth Rockenbach, 29, and their two daughters, ages 8 and 10, escaped without injury from a fire in their small, wood-frame house at 506 S. Poplar St.
