Amnesty official seeks balance of security and liberty
CHAMPAIGN – The head of Amnesty International said Friday that his own movement needs to help the Bush administration find a balance between security and liberty.
"We in human rights have failed to articulate a strategy" for protecting Muslims in the U.S. while fighting terrorism, William F. Schulz said at the University YMCA's Friday Forum.
