Judge denies hopeful's 'habeas corpus' petition

URBANA – A federal judge has denied gubernatorial candidate Andy Martin's petition to prevent himself from being arrested.

An arrest warrant going back to 1990 is on file in Champaign County against Martin, who is running in the Republican primary for Illinois governor.
