Public forum will discuss smoking ban

URBANA – The debate about whether to ban smoking from public places moves to Urbana next month.

The Urbana City Council has scheduled a public forum on the smoking issue for March 9, between 7:30 and 9 p.m., at the Pollard Auditorium at the Forum at Carle, to the north of the parking garage on the east side of Carle Foundation Hospital.
