Details about proposed cell tower near Villa Grove given

VILLA GROVE – In back-to-back meetings, the Villa Grove Planning and Zoning Board and City Council faced a packed room of people who came with questions about a proposed tower to host cellular antenna equipment.

"No sale is finalized, and no plan is final yet either," said Jack Auriema, principal spokesman for Westchester Development, Barrington.
