Aero Place residents to vote on switching fire districts

URBANA – One of the area's more unusual subdivisions will decide on March 21 whether it wants to switch fire protection districts.

Aero Place, located in a rural area southeast of Urbana, is a residential subdivision that surrounds an airplane runway. Each of the 10 homes in Aero Place faces a street on one side and the landing strip on the other.
