Police arrest suspect in recent attacks in Orchard Downs

URBANA – University of Illinois police on Thursday arrested a Champaign man near where two women reported attacks this week.

UI police arrested Jermain D. Dixon, 22, of the 1100 block of North Hickory Street, Champaign, shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday in the 1900 block of South Orchard Street in Urbana.
