Beckett, Wysocki unofficial winners, but all votes not in yet

URBANA – Apparently helped by Republican crossover votes, Steve Beckett and Barbara Wysocki unofficially have won the Democratic primary in Champaign County Board District 9 over challengers Lisa Bell and Bob Kirchner.

But it isn't over yet.
