Piatt County Sheriff beats challenger for GOP nod
MONTICELLO – Piatt County Sheriff Robert Manint won the Republican nomination Tuesday that clears the way for his re-election to a second term.
Manint beat challenger Norman J. Meeker Sr., with 1,606 votes to 329 for Meeker.
