Westville voters agree to expand library district; judge must, too
WESTVILLE – Westville voters said yes to welcoming new territories into their public library district, and voters in those new areas accepted the invitation. Next, a Vermilion County Circuit Court judge has to approve the idea, too.
"We are going to contact our attorney tomorrow, sort through the details and determine the next step," library director Rick Balsamello said.
