Brazen, bold thieves took advantage of area hospitals, other businesses

URBANA – Two Decatur men are accused of boldly stealing more than $200,000 worth of high-tech medical equipment from hospitals and scanning guns from retail stores and selling them on the Internet.

Troy Carlisle, 30, and Ryan Blankenship, 32, both of Decatur, face charges in both Macon and Champaign counties.
