Woman's vision becoming a reality

URBANA – Draped in a pink shawl and surrounded by her family and friends, Linda Mills sits on a podium and says this day is "almost like a dream come true."

"I told Dr. (Kendrith) Rowland that you have to keep me going long enough so I can be here," she said.
