Glitches pop up during Insight's upgrade
Problems with e-mail and slow and dropped connections on Insight Communications' fast Internet service, which have been plaguing some local residents since at least last week, should be mostly resolved by week's end, company officials say.
Residents who have problems now should try unplugging their cable modems, replugging them, resetting routers or other home networking equipment and restarting their computers, Melody Brucker, Insight's district vice president in Champaign-Urbana, said Wednesday.
