Eatery says it lost business because of smoking ban

URBANA – It's been nearly three weeks since Urbana's smoking ban for restaurants and workplaces went into effect. And Victor Hernandez, manager and co-owner of Margarita's restaurant, says it's already hurting his business.

Hernandez estimated that receipts for his restaurant at 1717 Philo Road at Sunnycrest Mall are down 10 percent since the ban went into effect on Aug. 1.
