BLOOMINGTON – Daisy the Clown pushes her supply cart down a campground path, stopping along the way to dispense strings of sparkly green and gold Mardi Gras beads and her famous heart sticker "clown kisses."

Breakfast has just ended, and the sky is gradually making good on a threat of rain, first with a teasing little sprinkle, then an all-out downpour.
