Co-owner of Arby's oldest franchisee in country talks about past, future

CHAMPAIGN – Franchise Management Systems is marking its 40th anniversary as an Arby's franchisee this year.

Bill Myers – founder, owner and president of the Champaign-based franchisee – opened his first store on West Springfield Avenue on Nov. 28, 1966. Today the company operates 15 Arby's in central Illinois and eastern Iowa.
