Higher bills expected to continue in '07

Dan Metz and his wife, Mary Ann, own a handsome two-story home at 1108 W. William St. in the popular Clark Park neighborhood of Champaign.

But despite a three-car garage, 4,000 square feet of space and rooms with vaulted ceilings and tasteful furnishings, Metz doesn't always feel blessed – especially when he gets his property tax bill each year.
