Tax help OK'd for Clearview Development project
URBANA – The Clearview Development won a county tax abatement on its second try.
The Champaign County board voted 16-9 on Thursday night to grant the abatement to the Atkins development northwest of Champaign, one month after the board voted a tie – a no – over concerns about giving advantages to Christie Clinic over other facilities.
