It's your business: Work begins on stir-fry restaurant

Flat Top Grill, a small Oak Brook-based chain of create-your-own stir fry restaurants, will open a location in Champaign at 607 S. Sixth St.

The company has leased 3,300 square feet in most of the building formerly occupied by Kinko's, and started construction last week. The restaurant will take about three months to build, according to Jill Gurth, director of development for JSM Development, one of the owners of the building.
