Champaign City Council OKs annexation agreement
CHAMPAIGN – The city council narrowly approved Tuesday an annexation agreement with The Andersons for a proposed ethanol production plant in northwest Champaign.
The proposal needed six votes for approval and wound up passing by a 6-3 margin.
