Jakobsson cruises to another House term
CHAMPAIGN – State Rep. Naomi Jakobsson, D-Urbana, easily won re-election to a third term on Tuesday.
Unofficial results showed Jakobsson with 14,501 votes in the 103rd House District race, compared to 7,274 for Urbana Republican Rex Bradfield and 2,830 for Green Party candidate Tom Abram, with all 65 precincts reporting.
