Shelden nets nearly 60 percent of vote
Republican Champaign County Clerk Mark Shelden says he plans to continue technical improvements at the office, including making more documents available to the public through its Web site.
Shelden on Tuesday said he also would continue to work on improving the efficiency of voter registration in the county, after he won re-election with nearly 60 percent of the vote.
