Hotels say business is a bit light
CHAMPAIGN – The Hilton Garden Inn's only been open about two weeks, and manager Bruce Byrd doesn't know exactly what to expect when high school football players and fans roll into town.
"We're about three-quarters full and we should be full because it's an event weekend," Byrd said of the Illinois High School Association football championships at Memorial Stadium today and Saturday, games that will feature three local teams: Westville High School, St. Joseph-Ogden High School and Tuscola High School.
