Two face meth-making charges in Urbana
URBANA – Two men face drug charges stemming from a meth lab investigation in Urbana.
Travis B. Kirts, 29, who listed an address in Ridge Farm, and James F. Lewis, who listed an address in Robinson, were both arraigned Monday on Class X felony charges of aggravated participation in methamphetamine manufacturing
