Harwal Hotel owner ordered to repair building
DANVILLE – Harwal Hotel owner Eric Williams said he plans to file a lawsuit against the city after a municipal court hearing officer ordered him Thursday to make repairs to the building within 21 days.
Williams, 39, has owned the four-story building at 101 W. Harrison St. since 2002. It is a transitional housing site for homeless or paroled men.
