Danville mayor pitching plan to increase home ownership

DANVILLE – John Cunningham has been in the rental property business for 10 years.

He owns the Colonial Apartments on North Street as well as other property in Danville. Rent rates for the one- and two-bedroom units range between $335 and $475.
