Vermilion County Board makes sweeping changes

DANVILLE – It's a new era for the Vermilion County Board.

Today, there's a new county board chairman, longtime Danville businessman Jim McMahon. There's an all-new, seven-member finance committee, except for one holdover, Nikki Bogart, D-District 5. And, for the first time, the county's going to do some strategic planning.
