Candidates file for Vermilion ballot

DANVILLE – At 7:30 a.m. Monday, Chris Clapp was the only person waiting outside the Vermilion County Courthouse Annex.

In anticipation that other candidates for office would hurry to file their candidacy petitions with the Danville Election Commission, Clapp arrived at 6:15 a.m. Monday.
