Lawyer plans to challenge recommended suspension
SPRINGFIELD – Urbana attorney Brian Charles Silverman plans to challenge an Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission review board recommendation that he lose his law license for nine months.
"We are going to seek leave to file exceptions with the Illinois Supreme Court," said Silverman's attorney, Roger Webber. "We hope that ultimately they will grant him a new hearing before the hearing board."
