Witnesses to Danville attack sought

DANVILLE – Police are looking for witnesses and anyone else with information on a shooting that has turned into a double homicide.

Justina Alvarez, 58, of Danville died Wednesday morning at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana from an apparent gunshot wound to the head, the Champaign County coroner's office said.
