Funds will help venture capital company set up local office
SPRINGFIELD – Some of the state's latest venture capital investment will be making its way to Champaign.
Ceres Venture Fund, a woman-owned venture capital firm that got $700,000 in state funds on Thursday, will use some of that to help Colorado-based Solidware Technologies Inc. establish a new Champaign office.
