Vermilion County circuit clerk's nephew killed in Iraq
When Matthew Dillon took a leave from his second tour of duty in Iraq, he visited Danville to attend his cousin's wedding.
Driving through town, he was impressed by all of the American flags and yellow ribbon stickers he saw displayed on vehicles and in business windows. And while visiting his grandparents' Baptist church, he was touched by the number of people who came up to talk to him and shake his hand after seeing the purple heart on his Marine uniform.
