CyberMedia acquires 49 percent stake in Publication Services Inc.

CHAMPAIGN – India-based CyberMedia has acquired a 49 percent interest in Champaign-based Publication Services Inc., with an option to acquire the entire company in three years.

Publication Services, based at 1802 S. Duncan Road, employs 50 full-time employees and 150 to 200 freelancers, General Manager Richard Breitenfeldt said.
