Mahomet's park plans move forward
MAHOMET – A new park is coming to Mahomet's northeast side now that village board members voted 4-1 Tuesday to approve an agreement to develop Bridle-Leash Park.
Trustees Lisa Castor, John Choules, Cathi Kaesberg, Gerald Smith and Tess Morrison voted to support the project. Village board member Myron Isaac voted against it.
