Bill collector combines skills in new position
URBANA – As he answered phones at the Champaign County state's attorney's office for months, Brett Lemons sometimes wondered to himself why he'd pursued a bachelor's degree in history.
But it turns out the experience he gained during his period of underemployment was part of the reason he was chosen for a newly created position in county government.
