Part-time officers vital to full-time police protection in Westville
WESTVILLE – Police Chief George Pate patrols the village on weekdays, registers bicycles and enforces village ordinances.
He also creates the schedule for the department, ensuring that the village gets 24-hour police protection seven days a week from the three full-time and 12 part-time officers who work for Westville.
