Ordinances could facilitate third TIF district in Gibson City
GIBSON CITY – Gibson City Council members approved two ordinances Monday that could help lead to a third tax-increment financing district in the city limits.
The ordinances established an "interested parties" mailing list and scheduled a public hearing on the proposed district for 6:30 p.m. Feb. 12.
