Three outlet stores in Tuscola to close

After you've bid goodbye to 2006, prepare to say farewell to a few stores at the Tanger Outlet Center in Tuscola.

Morrie Mendenhall, manager of the center, said three stores – National Book Warehouse, S&K Menswear and Nautica – have given notice they'll close in January or February.
