Benefit in Danville will help with medical bills

DANVILLE – A benefit for the family of Jenna Rose McMillin will be from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Oneighty Building at the New Life Christian Center, 2105 N. Bowman Ave., Danville.

The event will celebrate the life of the 9-year-old Danville girl, who died Sept. 29 after a long battle with leukemia.

Proceeds will help Jenna's parents, Joel and DeAnn McMillin, with medical bills that have accumulated over the past four years.

A free-will donation will be taken at the door.

Baked goods, food and drinks will be available, as will wall-climbing activities, "Dance Dance Revolution" and "Guitar Hero" tournaments

Activities for youngsters also are planned.

Call the church office at 431-0018 or e-mail for more information about the benefit.
