Chicago design firm tagged for parking deck project

CHAMPAIGN – The city council will consider hiring a Chicago architectural and engineering firm Tuesday to design a planned $11 million downtown parking deck.

The council meets at 7 p.m. at the Champaign City Building, 102 N. Neil St.
