Monticello man charged in child pornography case
SPRINGFIELD – A Monticello man faces federal child pornography charges.
Ronald McArtor, 55, was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury in Springfield on one count of child pornography, according to Rodger Heaton, U.S. attorney for the Central District of Illinois.
