Governor touts All Kids in address
SPRINGFIELD – In his inaugural address on Monday, Gov. Rod Blagojevich called All Kids his proudest first-term accomplishment, and pledged to spend the next four years working toward universal health care in Illinois.
"We can expand access to health care so that not just kids get coverage, but every family member has access to affordable, quality health care," Blagojevich said.
