Multiple offers made for Danville property
DANVILLE – In just six days, K's Merchandise will be closing its doors in Danville, but a New York real estate firm already has multiple offers on the property from developers and investors.
Lara Rycyk with DJM Realty in New York, a commercial real estate firm based in Melville, N.Y., said DJM is shopping several of the K's stores in Illinois, Iowa and Missouri. She said there are multiple offers for the Danville store, which will permanently close at 6 p.m. Sunday.
